Kettering Town Centre Area Action Plan - Preferred Options

Consultation

The document was consulted on for six weeks, from the 18th August to the 29th September. During this period we held five workshops at the Toller Rooms, Meeting Lane Kettering on:

• Thursday 4th September from 10.30am to 12.30pm
• Tuesday 9th September from 7pm to 9pm
• Thursday 11th September from 9.30am to 11.15am (Workshop for Businesses)
• Wednesday 17th September 2pm to 4pm
• Thursday 18th September 7pm to 9pm

Staffed Town Centre Shop

We also opened a shop in the town centre behind the clock tower (formerly ‘Going Places’) where people could go  and find out more information on the future of Kettering town centre and the Preferred Options document. The shop was open from 10am to 2pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the consultation period (excluding Saturday 23rd August) from Friday 22nd August to Saturday 27th September.

All comments received are considered and used to inform the preparation of the Submission Plan (the document that will be submitted to the Secretary of State).
