Public Realm Strategy Supplementary Planning Document

Kettering Borough Council will be consulting upon the Urban Codes Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) from 4 July 2011 to 5pm on 15 August 2011.

The Kettering Public Realm Strategy SPD provides an integrated approach to the design of the streets and spaces between buildings within Kettering Town Centre.  It defines a series of underlying principles for redesigning key spaces within the town and provides guidance for implementation including paving materials, vertical elements and public art.

From the 4^th July 2011 the Public Realm SPD can be viewed by selecting the supporting documents tab at the bottom of this page.

Comments can be made using our consultation portal via the view and comment button below. Alternatively reference copies of the document will also be made available to view during normal opening hours at the following locations:
